“5 Oros is one of Spain's best kept secrets. From the heart of the Rioja region in north of Spain this is a very versatile Red Wine that stands up very well when compared with the Bordeaux wines from France, which are only 300 kms away. There is no doubt that the warmer temperatures of Spain as well as the harsher terroir, make the vines work harder and the result is a soft fruit aromatic with a strong colour. It is an excellent match with lamb. Drink now or cellar up to 2025.”

“Outstanding! This Rioja is a smooth as any I have tasted and is excellent having just pulled the cork or letting it breathe for a while. Intense flavour and wonderful length, this wine will compliment any dinner party and is an exceptionally good buy. This will always feature in my wine rack as long as it is available.”
