Heavy Duty Hybrid Quick-Release EDC Belt Black / L (36-39) Reviews

4.8 Rating 33 Reviews
Excellent belt, just as good as some others more expensive. I have no complaints, only offer one suggestion. All my pants have a 34 waist, support told me to stay with the Medium belt because they use pant size = belt size. It fits, but not by much once i add my EDC setup. I am going to order the next size up for my second one. It would be nice to have more size options but for the price i can't complain.

I found this belt (hybrid cobra) while searching at Amazon, I have a Blue alpha gear hybrid as well so i can compare them both. Out of the gate the nylon is stiffer on the blue alpha gear but not by much. Velcro is good. Cobra buckle not original but latches nicely. Would i buy again? Surely

Bought it for my husband and he is obsessed with the belt! The customer service was amazing when I realized I had bought the wrong size as well

Only had the belt a short while but it’s a good stiff belt. I’m not a real big guy but I’m just a bit over 200. I carry a Glock 19 at the appendix area and the belt keeps the gun up front and tight against my body. Stays stiff with no stretching and doesn’t fold. Some people seem to think if they put everything they got into trying to make the belt fold it’s not stiff enough but in an EDC belt that’s not realistic for everyday comfort. Belt can be a bit scratchy to the skin if you got some dunlap disorder but that the not belts problem that’s the wife’s for feeding you well. I kid, I kid. Buckle is great, I like that the one end is slightly smaller to get through the belt loops without any issues. My only complaint about the belt and it’s really just the type of belt and I know there is other belts out there that will allow for this is when you sit down and you’re holding a few extra meals sometimes us bigger guys like to be a little fat and happy when we’re sitting but be nice and snug when standing up and this belt doesn’t allow for quick loosening and tightening. Only way to do that would be to pop the buckle and depending what you’re carrying and wear that may not be there greatest idea depending on the scenario. That’s something you’d find in your higher end more expensive belts. Overall I’d certainly recommend the belt to others. If you’re on the fence especially because of the cheaper then usual price put that thought to bed. It had me being real hesitant to buy too but in the end I’m glad I did.

The male end of this belt will fit through belt loops. The shorter male end metal is still too thick for some accessories. They will still work, they will require undoing the velcro. I bought this belt, along with two others. One was at half the Wolf's price, and was thin Father's-Day junk. The other was at double the Wolf's price, and was almost identical (but available in more colors). This is the best performance/price EDC Hybrid belt. I wish it came in more colors with color-matched metal and a thinner male end for accessories with thin and rigid loops. Perhaps a V2, or a titanium?

This belt fits through every pair of my pants and I really enjoy how securely it holds. The quick release is a huge plus.
