“I noticed that there were many customers like me trying to determine whether a Small or Medium in this excellent belt! I ordered a small in the regular weight belt with the small buckle and it was perfect for someone with a 31” waist. However, I needed a medium in this heavy weight belt because it has more Velcro to tighten the belt and is more convenient for attaching IWB! Both belts are very well made and each have their niche! Neither have any roll over with OWB and the medium in the heavy weight belt allows room for more strong arm attachments! Both are comfortable but I would recommend the heavy weight for duty type wear!”
