“I am still relatively new to turning but, I have turned a few pens. I've found that I typically need the on-line instructions for kit assembly. I like the weight of the kit and, it's a good looking piece. I had trouble with the clip (Part "G") installation onto the Transmission Coupler (Part "H"). I did assembly the transmission as indicated however, the clip would not press over the small ridge of the coupler. I tried pressing it by itself using a socket. In the end I had to trim the inside diameter of the clip using sandpaper on a Dremel Tool. I had to do this on both kits. All turned out well in the end. I like the pen!”
