I got tired of making table saw jigs for every project so I took the plunge and bought this tenoning jig. It's a total game changer. My first project was making some storm windows for my screen porch. I made bridle joints for the window corners and it could not have been easier. Once my stock was cut to length, I was able to make 8 windows in about two hours. It literally would have taken be a whole day just to make the jigs require for this. Took off 1 star for the lack of detail in the instructions (probably should have just been - 1/2 star).

Update - you can move the slot rail so the jig can reach the blade. However there is play in the slot, just enough wiggle it concerns me. Directions are not clear and the directions could have better pictures. Could not find slot adjustment for slop. Will need to call for support help.

At first glance I don’t know if this will work on Jet Xacta - the distance between the left slot and blade seems to far but I will work to see what is possible to adjust tomorrow. If the reach is limited it will have to be returned.

Only has a single miter bar, which is not adjustable, and is not no-play. It tilts to one side with the weight of the jig. So hold it down while you place your stock and tighten it in place, and make sure you're pushing firmly on both handles to make sure it's going to ride OK in the miter slot. Even doing that, I didn't think it was terribly accurate. You can place the bar in one of two locations on the bottom, but it's still a poor fit for a Sawstop table saw. I ended up using spacer wood for some of the cuts. I'm putting together a shop-made tenon jig with based on one of the many plans you can find on YouTube; this will be gathering dust on my shelf if I can't return it.

Only one rail, so it slops and tilts. Doesn't have a zero play adjustment. Very unhappy with this purchase.

I fiddlled with this jig the better part of three separate days. Couldn't get it to make parallel tenon cuts. Thought my cabinet saw blade may not be exactly parallel to the mitre slot. Confirmed with my Woodpecker gauge. Saw was perfect. Tried on my smaller contractor saw. Had exactly the same problem. Because the jig is not machined with enough accuracy, it is impossible to make the tenon cut parallel to each other. If you are a professional machinist, you could probably remanufacture the jig and make it work. Wound up cutting my tenons on my table saw with a dado head. I almost never write a product review. In this case I hate to see anyone waste their money. The materials used in the jig are okay. They just apearently don't have enough tolerance control to make the jig useful. This is a really expensive paperweight. Save your money!

I liked the jig but could not align it to my saw blade. I checked the blade to saw table channel and it was within a 1/100th of an inch on both sides of the blade, but could not get the jig face to align parallel to it (it was out 1/16th of an inch front to back). The instruction book says there is a way to adjust the jig but it doesn't work. I called tech support at Wood River but he agreed there is now way to adjust it. This is the second jig they sent me (the first one wouldn't align to the blade either) He advised me to send it back again and they would refund my money. Wood River was very nice to deal with and wanted to be helpful. The jig was very robust and had the features I was looking for.
