“My husband ordered a dust collector from Woodcraft and it said that it would ship the next day. Three days later, still no shipment confirmation. He then messaged customer service online, and received a phone call within an hour stating that they needed to verify his information because that is what they do with "all online orders." Finally, the shipment is on its' way, but Woodcraft said that it needs a signature upon delivery. So, we rescheduled the delivery to a day that someone would be home to sign which cost extra money on our end. When it shows up on the rescheduled day, not only did it NOT require a signature, but it was the COMPLETELY WRONG item. He then called customer service to inform them of the wrong item being delivered, and they supposedly reordered the correct item. At this point, he will be waiting 2 1/2-3 weeks to receive the item that he had originally ordered. We had heard great things about Woodcraft, but after this experience we are not so sure. Very dissatisfied. I hear this is a great dust collector but wouldn't know since woodcraft can't get it shipped out properly.”
