I experienced the same problem as one of the other users using the recommended 1/2" bit with 3/4" bushing and the result was a lose fit. I then tried again using the 1/2" bit with a 51/64" bushing and the fit is perfect! The 51/64" bushing is a part of the WoodRiver - 10 Piece Router Bushing Set (Model SBI-55C) sold by Woodcraft.

Waiting since June 26th. And still waiting. They say shipping for Aug. 6th. Never order when there's a Backorder on your item! Woodcraft will take forever. Why not? They have your money, and that's all that matters to them.

I have tried this three times now, and cannot get a proper fit. I used a 3/4" bushing with a 1/2" straight but, which gives an 1/8" offset, this results in a cut out that is too small for the plate to fit into.
