I initially had a problem with what the manufacturer called the engine it had been missed cut. The manufacturer sent me a new engine. I installed it and only have been able to use it a few times, but this jig is really nice so I feel I can rate both the manufacturers customer service and the jig itself. I’m pleased with both. I only have one slight comment and that is they suggest a clamp to hold the wood in place and because I haven’t done this very much it seems a little awkward, but I think I’ll get used to it.

I struggled with this jig for a while at the beginning. I even watched the Incra instruction video twice. Just couldn’t get the pins to fit correctly. I spent hours fiddling around making test cuts. Then I did a deep dive on YouTube bids and found a guy who had reduced it to four simple steps in an 8 minute video. I tried his guidance the next day and boom. Easy peasy. Perfect fit on the first try. So four stars vs five only because it was such a struggle to get it right. Otherwise a five star jig…. Now that I know how to do it.

This box jig works great. You have to read the instructions and follow them. Once you get the hang of it, it’s really simple. I have quite a few Incra products. They are well built, well engineered, and thoughtfully designed.

I have not gotten to try this out yet because I was not sent the correct screws for set up. Very frustrated that after spending this kind of money on this thing I have to hunt down the correct hardware to get it up and going!

I was looking for a way to get good box joints on my table saw so I invested in this jig. After reading through the directions and watching the enclosed DVD, got it put together and set up correctly. My biggest gripe is getting the pins to all be the same size. Unlike my Leigh jig with the finger joint template, this thing relies on stock width to determine if end pins will be sized correctly. Plus there's alot of taking pieces off and putting back on during initial setup that is a real pain. I'll stick with the Leigh jig for this work. Alot less work and nicer results. Affraid this thing will be collecting dust instead of making it. Very disappointed.

I’ve had the Ibox for a couple years now. At first I thought there was a problem with it as the fingers were not the same size. It timed out my table saw had a 20thou. runout in the arbor. I replaced the saw with a SawStop Pro now the fingers a dead on. The Ibox is easy to setup and use. The results are impressive.
