“I got this saw in June 2024 and have nothing but good things to say for it. I had an issue with tracking on the blade which, I caused. To make it short, Phil from Rikon took almost an hour to get me back up and running. His instructions were straight forward and simple to understand. To all others, if you had a problem with the saw and did not call Rikon then you missed out on the best technical support I have encountered in a while. Oh, some other YouTube bandsaw experts are not there when you need them and may not have the best solution for your situation and saw. Call the people who made the saw.”

“This bandsaw has the capability to be *superb*. When it works, it works wonderfully. With a good blade (vital) I could re-saw 10” boards down to 1/64” inch; amazing! But WOW, the bearings that Rikon uses on this machine are utter garbage. I’ve used the machine very lightly and for one project only, but already both thrust bearings have seized, the tensioner bearings squeal with deafening volume, and the main drive wheel bearings are running super hot and rumbling. I am having to replace pretty much all the main bearings on this machine with only a little light use. The only common thing about the bearings (apart from their failures) is “made in China” on the dust shields of the bearings. I’ve had to spend almost $100 buying replacement high quality bearings for this machine. So my advice is to budget for bearing replacements from the outset if you invest in this machine. But once the bearings are replaced, it’s smooth and perfect.”

“i bought this bandsaw in 2019 and never used it ,,and you cannot get it to resaw,,it drifts everytime,,,,i have watched alex snograss on you tube and others trying to set it up for resawing,,,,,and other videos,,,and i called rikon which was no help at all,,,,,i have got a small 10 inch craftsman bandsaw which they dont make anymore,,,but it saws a straight line,,honestly,,run dont walk away from piece of junk”

“When I ordered this, there was no listed delay. Days later, I was notified that it would be 2 months delayed. Then it got pushed 3 weeks. Then another 2 weeks. The estimated ship date keeps getting pushed back and if I had known that this would be the case, I would have ordered something else. Projects are stacking up and who knows when it will actually arrive.”

“I purchased this Rikon 10-326 bandsaw from the Woodcraft store in Woodbridge, Illinois. The staff at this store location were extremely helpful. The bandsaw has far exceeded my expectations. Tool free bearing adjustment is one of the many great features of this model. Resaw capacity and dust collection are superb. The fence stays true after installation and alignment. Rikon also offers a 5 year warranty unlike most manufacturers. I had one small issue and contacted Rikonâ€™s customer service and they corrected the issue straight away. Great saw for the money.”
