“I had no idea there were significant differences in drill presses. This machine changed my mind. Very stable and accurate. I also misunderstood the value of being able to change speeds without opening the top and changing pullies. After getting this guy installed, I go around looking for things I can drill holes in!! Other reviews questioned the value of the laser - it is amazing. Not just a dot but cross hairs that make it easy hit dead center everytime.”

“Compared to the drill press I had been using I think this is an excellent machine! Both the power and accuracy are spot on from what I can tell. I think Rikon makes good tools.”

“I had been using a big box store drill press for many years and just got tired of changing pulleys and a serious lack of power. I got this Rikon and I am super impressed. It went together really easy, all the parts were there and it came from the factory with the laser adjusted perfectly. Ready to go after thirty minutes. This tool has a lot of features that I like. I am thrilled with this so far.”

“I bought this on August 21 2020. The quill travel was very jumpy and didnâ€™t seem right so I called Rikon. They said they would send out a replacement head unit the next business day. Great. Long story short, after a series of phone calls and emails, a replacement didnâ€™t come until September 10th. And it was an entire drill press, not just the head unit. I wasnâ€™t able to do any with it until today, September 13th. After assembly, I turned it on and it vibrated a lot. Upon inspection and I found a bent, cracked pulley on the motor shaft. Luckily, this part was fine on the first one. So I switched them out. I had to go buy a gear puller to do so, but I got it done. Now the press runs fine, but Iâ€™m very disappointed in my experience.”

“This drill has an excellent cost x benefit. I only have to regret three things: 1) The value of the Dollar against the Real currently here in Brazil is very high; 2) The amount of freight charged by you also increases the final price of the product; 3) And the main reason: WOODCRAFT does not have a subsidiary in Brazil. I just have to regret it, because you guys are sensational. Congratulations Luiz Ribeiro”
