“Very disappointed with the large order of Snowman Small, 2-3/4", with Slanted Hat that I received. The product is very different from what is pictured on the website (see attached photo). I was expecting a neat, well-proportioned snowman with a nice-looking hat, but received squat snowmen with dumpy hats, not the customary top hat. They are well beyond the point of being able to be modified to more closely resemble the website snowmen, which would have taken an inordinate amount of work and time if it was even possible to do. My customers love what I have done with snowmen similar to the ones shown on the website, but trying to use the ones I received would mean losing both new and old customers.”
