“Very disappointed. Item received was not what the picture next to it showed. It showed the Sandpaper as being pre cut and the Sandpaper refill I got was just solid strips of paper that weren't scored and the description was unclear. I figured since the picture showed what I wanted to buy that that's what I was getting that's what came with the sand o flex and is why people use them it's so the strips of sandpaper can get into places. Solid pieces of sandpaper are useless for this tool. Don't make the mistake I did and waste $60. And a month to get your money back after having to pay for shipping again losing more money and time I would suggest going with a company that isn't so careless with their description and pictures”

Good morning, I apologize for the confusion however, please note that this listing does correctly note that it is a sandpaper refill but not a "slashed" sandpaper refill both in the image and in the description. I suspect the initial confusion came from the overall page image as this presentation offers both slashed and non-slashed refills but we are in the process of correcting this to reduce the potential for miscommunication to others.
