“These slides fixed the weight issue with our two drawers that store our pots and pan (31.5" x 22" and hold about 50 lbs each.). These slides are side-mounted not rear-mounted. The instructions are very comprehensive. Reading and following the instructions is critical to a successful installation. It is nice to open and close a large heavy drawer and know that it will not slip off its slides.”

“Horrible customer service, NO communication about order status and/order delays. Ordered 10 sets in Sept., received 3 of 10 at end of OCT, and just received final 7 sets today (Nov 6). This is not a reliable supplier because they have no idea how to serve their customers. NEVER AGAIN.”
