I am especially impressed that my order came with a brush to care for the slippers and there was also a note included that explained that since this batch turned out wider than usual, a free pair of insoles was included to help with sizing. I have wider feet and actually prefer the slippers without the extra insoles in them; but the fact that a free pair was included is premium customer service and shows that the company cares about customer satisfaction!”
