Read Workshop Heaven Reviews

A simple, elegant and highly effective tool for producing lines perpendicular to straight, concave or convex edges. The centre finder has two dowels that locate against a curved surface and a straight edge that gives a line at right angles to the edge.To find the centre of a circular or near circular object simply mark two lines from different points on the circumference, the point at which they intersect is the centre.Solid brass, finished to a very high standard, the centre finder is 5ΒΌ inches long overall. Excellent for inlaid borders, turnery and also functions as a highly accurate square.

I have a few things made by Mr Richard Kell now and they are exceptionally very well made and accurate tools to have and use. Well proportioned, you'll be surprised how often you pick it up either as a centre finder or square. You can't go wrong with Mr Kell's line of tools. I highly recommend them.

Brilliant piece of kit - I purchased this as an exemplar to my class of the quality of tools that can be made - they have an exercise to make a similar item by hand. However I like this pattern better and will be changing my model in futurte
