The Shinwa Handy Level is one of the smallest dual-tube type levels in the industry, combining a decent degree of accuracy with compact 'pocket sized' dimensions. Both high-visibility vials have clear blue liquid with thick white lines and are visible from three sides, so it is easy to take an unobstructed reading. Equipped with a hook hole for attaching a lanyard directly to the frame, handy if you are working at height. The base has a V-shape groove for registering against tubes and pipes and a built in magnet helps when working with ferrous metals, steel framing etc.
