The Dozuki Hardwood saw is a fine and precise tool, ideal for cutting hard woods such as Ebony, Mahogany and Oak. With impulse hardened teeth and an ultra fine 0.3mm blade, it is perfect for delicate work that requires a fine finish. A universal tooth pattern with raker teeth allows for rip, cross cut and slant cuts. The traditional rattan wrapped kiri wood handle is handmade from natural materials, light and comfortable to use.The removal blade is attached with the Z-Saw hook fit system, to remove it wrap the blade in a rag and holding the saw upside down by the blade, tap the handle above the spine on a firm surface. To install the blade the process is the same but with the saw the right way up.

Absolutely brilliant in every way. A precision tool and cuts smoothly with a long cut action, thick stable blade and when cut across the grain leaves a planed effect finnish. No splitting or burrs. Beautiful and no sanding needed. Wish I'd found this years ago. Much better than an electic saw for precise cuts. Used on 30mm thick plantation teak plank 28cm wide. Needs a bigger cutting blade size for cuts if much bigger than this I feel ideally.

There are few dedicated rip cut hand saws available. This saw is not likely to disappoint. I have used this saw with small scale seasoned fruit wood and the blade left a finish that looked like it had been planed flat. Highly recommended.
