Hand forged O1 carbon steel, carefully heat treated to give a smooth, sharp edge that is both long lasting and easy to maintain. The beech handles are quite a clever shape, with the bulb slightly offset to the rear and a narrower part right next to the blade, so they fill the hand perfectly and give superb control. Curved or Straight? It's a personal preference.
