“As the Health and Safety Coordinator for my company, I've never considered the application of online formatted forklift courses. This program proved to me that online learning and knowledge setting for forklift operations can be incredibly beneficial for long-term success. “The course itself is good, but the administrative process of delivering it and monitoring results is not user friendly. I had difficulty giving it to my employee (had to call in and get another method of retrieving it to send on) and I do not get their certificates sent to me once they are done. Improving these two hassles would greatly increase my desire to add on other training courses.”
