“The course was very informative and covered key safety considerations, however, the information was presented in a very dry manner with very little opportunity for interaction with the material. The online course offered by Worksite for WHMIS was much more engaging and would serve as a good benchmark for improving the Forklift Safety course. There was also a noticeable disconnect between the course material and the test, whereby a number of questions asked on the test were not explicitly (or sometimes even implicitly) covered in the course material. I found the overall user-experience really good. The site was easy to navigate and very user-friendly. We had no trouble seeing the results and printing the certificates.”

“Course material & other online training materials have been extremely beneficial. Utilized online inspection form which identified standards around Forklift forks. Have implemented recent training to replace worn forks (25% wear) to optimize safety performance for our organization.”
