“Dear manager, Hello, The course was very good, but it would be very good if the course was held in other languages besides English. Because there are very experienced engineers in Canada and they are not able to participate in the course due to their lack of English skills. For example, if the text of the course is uploaded in the form of pamphlets in other languages, such as Farsi, etc., the number of participants in the course will increase. I am grateful”

“I was not aware that I had failed on my first try. Tried to redo on my second attempt but was unable to do so. Do you only have one attempt to answer the questions. My score was 77% and I needed 80%. I was quite disappointed I was unable to have a second chance. Thank you”
