“I ordered my fall protection certificate card and I have received an awareness certificate card which is not valid. I showed that card to a CSO and he didn’t let me use my fall pro. I hope you can help me out with that.”

“You shouldn't have a spot for "Employer" on the card; it makes the card look weird & its actually pointless... These certifications are to help workers with their resume & provide some training; a worker STILL needs to do the company's own WHIMS or other training programs. So again, for Worksite Safety to ask for who my employer is on the car itself makes the card "seem" useless...and not personable. It would be like completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering & on your degree certificate is asks you "who your employer is" & you put "Cashier at McDonalds" See how dumb that is? - So, take that off please :D Other than the car plastic cards are great! Good quality!”
