“It was a complete introductory safety instruction on pre-entry to confined spaces. It is a bit long but it is understandable that confined spaces is not a topic that can be discussed in a few pages.”

“Hello, my name is Paul Carroll. Myself and two others from the company to which I work just finished the Confined Space Course. While I was downloading my certificate I noticed that the c on my last name was in lower case. So I used the help button and asked for it to be fixed and to add my middle name. It was fixed before I returned to work the next morning. I was really impressed. Nicely done. I have also notice that the card that comes with the certificate didn't have an expiry date, or the name of the company on it either. Could you please update everything please and let me know when it is done. I will be doing another course with you guys. The Fall Protection course. Thank you Paul Carroll”
