“The class size was small and all COVID-19 safety measures including providing masks and safe space were provided and set up beforehand by the trainer. The trainer was very knowledgeable about the subject and everything went great. I enjoyed the class and learned a lot not only for working but for the rest of my life because those lessons can be used for working safer everywhere. Thank you”

“A class member refused to wear a mask when it was clearly stated that it is mandatory. When approached about it he had stated that it’s useless, doesn’t do anything, is a muzzle from the government. When the instructor pulled him aside he had claimed he had a “medical condition.” Stating he had asthma which was clearly not the case. He was instructed to sit at the back of the class away from students if he was to choose not to wear a mask, which he did. Unfortunately that was behind me and not 6 feet away. This was not the instructors fault he was simply following orders from head office. I don’t understand how this could have been allowed? Why wasn’t the student removed from class or a face shield provided? Disappointed in the way the situation was handle again not the instructors fault. The lesson was well presented besides all that it was a great course.”
