“The instructor made it very calming. He even joked with the class. Its important to have fun while you learn or relearn. It keeps a healthy and positive spirit alive in a somewhat boring material. When I did my first training over 9 years ago, the instructor was an ex Canadian armed forces drill instructor and had no sense of humor and made the course drag on and made the experience nerve racking.”
