“Its ok, meets the standard. Would be nice if you created a separate course for Healthcare only. Combining patient interactions into a program where the employers is not Healthcare focused, is a waster of my employees time and money.”

Hi Patricia! We absolutely appreciate your feedback. Our online training program is indeed not geared toward one specific industry or workplace, and by nature does not address the specific challenges faced in a particular environment or a company's specific policy. Depending on the need, we do offer a webinar-based training delivery where we often will incorporate company policy for a private session. We can also develop a customized training in an elearning format for an organization. “A wide variety of staff in different positions completed this course, and it was easy to understand, had good practical examples and we could use the take-aways for our toolbox meetings and every day conversations. I can recommend this course for workers in any position in a company.”
