“I thought Dino was an excellent teacher. I just thought the material was long and dragged out which is not his fault. I think the ministry made it a 3 day course when in all reality it could be done in two. I don't really understand why first aid, WHMIS and a bunch of courses that most of us have taken needed to be squeezed into the course. It can be skimmed over in my opinion. I could see from the look on the other participants' faces that they were surely thinking the same as me. All in all a good course with valuable information but way too long. I suppose the Ministry made it that way to cover themselves.”

“The training was extremely informative. It was helpful to go through many scenarios and work through them. This helped me to think through the potential hazards and give me an idea of how to go about the process in the event of some of the scenarios happening in my workplace. Although it was a bit tiring to be online, I thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from the course. Thank you!”
