“It was fantastic IMO- instructor was great for engaging class and keeping topics moving forward- his experience showed so that was a good experience there. Also appreciated having technical support there for anyone having issues getting into the website for the quiz person. They did mention it in the class but probably should make it required to do so- for all persons to check that they can indeed login into the website during a break- and take a roll call for everyone to confirm that they can. Probably might make it easier process when people have to access the quiz- and support has enough time to correct issues.”

“Instructor could be more engaging with the slides instead of reading off of them. Having a pop quiz halfway through the day might be helpful. Allow more discussion opposed to just talking most of the time. The material is dry but the delivery needs to be spiced up a bit.”
