“Overall 3.5 because the first-day training was better compared to the second day because the second-day training went mostly out of scope and some of the examples that were given were not relevant to the course and also incorrect. Also when the trainers can't make it within the time to start the class it will be ideal to let students know somehow that they are running late to the class. it was very unprofessional to come late but that's okay also the second-day trainer contradicted the first-day trainer. Working within the same company should deliver the knowledge to the students in a consistent manner. when it comes to the exam most of the questions should be framed clearly and due to the inconsistencies with knowledge delivery by the trainers few questions were wrong because their teaching made students confused”

“Catherine was a great instructor. I appreciated the theory that was taught behind all of the first aid care. The videos were very helpful. The only thing I wished for more of was more practical/hands-on experience with the first aid care taught on the second day (e.g., role-playing how to approach different scenarios).”
