“The instructor, Dino was literally someone I would have hired to fit into my organization any day. His mannerisms, bad jokes, patience, way of explaining real life situations that would help us retain knowledge, his ability to help draw pictures in our minds truly gave us an advantage of being in the moment. Truly a man who gives us all an understanding how better to protect ourselves and work in an environment where we should all be using our heads, for us and others.
