“There were bugs in the training video (example picture overlapping text) and the material wasn't presented in a clear straight forward way. There seemed to be parts that dragged on and parts that were too brief.”

Hey Cianna, I'm sorry you had difficulties with the training you took. We are always looking to improve our courses so I will take another look through our Fall Protection program and see if I can find any bugs that might be in there such as the overlapping picture. Sometimes these types of issues can be compatibility related (device or browser), but we try to make everything as compatible as possible with as many platforms as possible so your feedback is definitely appreciated. If you contact our customer support via phone (1-866-756-5552) or email (support@worksitesafety.ca), we can often help you get past any technical glitches you are experiencing. However, as with all of our online courses that users have not yet completed, if you would like a refund we can absolutely do that for you as well. Nathan
