“The butt is exactly what I wanted, however, I think it should be pointed out that it's not a simple job to connect the collector that is advertised with the butt. The butt pictured on the collector box is not the butt I bought. Also, I received an email from the delivery company on the actual day of the delivery telling me I could change the date if we were not going to be in. To do that it said I should contact you at least one day in advance! I emailed you to have a bit of a moan about that, received an automatic reply telling me somebody would be in touch, but nobody did.”
