“Ordered set of 4 floormats and arrived within a week. Unfortunately only tw of the four mats were in the box. I emailed customer service about it and had a response within hours. they immediatley shipped the additional 2 mats. I understand mistakes happen and was very happy with the way there mistake was resolved. Thank you”
