“1. small blemish to porcelain at lip of toilet (at the front). This is quite visible :-( 2. plastic washers for screw downs are worse than useless as the screws go right through them. plumber sourced alternatives. quite disappointed as waited a few weeks for this and now its the first thing i notice every time i go into the bathroom. quality control!!!”
