“Worst vape pen ever! As a smoker for many years, I decided to try several different options to quit traditional cigarettes. I tried lizard which I found bulky and a hard transition. I then found mark 10 which I enjoyed as it was shaped like a cigarette and had a good pull and flavor. Since being discontinued, I tried the blu. Again, because of the odd shape, I found it a difficult transition. Headed back to easy to purchase options and tried the Vise Vibe. Good pull and flavor, but, still bulky. After a month I had two which failed to charge. I purchased a third. After a couple weeks....failed to charge. You would’ve thought I learned my lesson, but had refills to use, so bought a forth. Three weeks later...will not charge. I have tried all chargers with all pens which appear to be charging with the charger light white and pen pulsing red to white when “charged”. I tried several refills with each pen as well. Nothing has worked. When I called customer service they took over 30 minutes to capture my complaint, sent a package to return all pens and chargers and said they would send me a coupon for a buy one get one free pen ( after spending $19.99 for all four pens, not to mention the refills!) within 3-5 weeks. Horrible experience. I declined the coupon and said thanks but no thanks. Steer clear of any Vuse items! Still looking for a good option.”
“I think Vibe-Vuse might be selling the old batteries in the kits. When they were recalled a year ago, I used Solo, but they do not last a day! The Vibe is my favorite ecig ever; HOWEVER, I have been burned several times by 2 of the batteries. Please research/ask, Electronic Tobacconist. I do not want to have one blow up in my face. By the way, I ordered more that will arrive probably by tomorrow. I am not stupid. I just want to receive a quality/non-burning product. Thank you.”
