“I bought VUSE VAPOR today I was using JUUL and I’m not happy at all because is burning the flavor I tried to put a new one after while not even half still burning teast won’t go away I had to throw it trash just like throwing my money away, I’m not happy at all.”
“I really liked the original vibe that you took off the market. I have now tried three of your other products and am not very happy with any of them. I will say the Cero is the closest to the original vibe but does not last nearly as long and is very expensive to buy in store. To buy them in store costs nearly twice as much as ordering them on line so I have to order more often. I really wish you would just come back out with the vibe it was by far the best of all your products. Maybe you could just put out the refills at least as I still have the batteries and had had no problem with them.”

There ciro brand of the vuse I have been using while waiting is very disappointing they get very hot while charging and while vaping really hope vibe is back soon and charging on the ciro the chargers only last for about 12 charges so always having to buy more”
“I am so thankful electronic tobacconist is here to help me find my own juice and products at a great price and fast service!!! I quit smoking using vuse vibe original flavor . They had a recall in April and i have been having to use the crappy ciros.. I see now that although i was in love with the flavor of the vibe (and the ciro tasted good too) I was ripped off beyond comprehension. I never looked into how much it would cost to get my own juice and do it myself. I spent a total of 38.00 getting a new kit AND 50ml of juice!! Compare that to spending 10.00 for 2.9 ml of juice!! I was spending at least $10 a day on refills. I was so upset when the recall happened and i had to get ripped off with the ciro even more than the vuse.. but now i am SO glad i was forced to look further. I got a free 30ml juice from dream with the purchase of my njoy refillable kit. The dream juice #1 is VERY similar to the vibe taste. I also got 2 10ml refills of njoy tobacco flavored and they are okay. I like the dream#1 better. I went on ebay to see if there were any vibe refills on there. Do you know how much a $10 pack of 2 tanks are going for?? $180.00 !! I am so regretful for closing myself off to my options until now. Again,i am so glad i gave up on vuse after waiting almost four months for a company that doesn't deserve their loyal customers. I am done with big tobacco and their snakey tactics. I called from the original excuse for the vibe recall that it was most likely an excuse to push the ciro and get more money for less product and inferior quality. Thanks for your time!”

“I am going to hurt them if they don't bring this back exactly the way it was very soon. It was too good to be true. Pods last days. I am not a light user. Solo as a substitute is awful. I can't even count on 24 hours with one of their pods. The flavors for VIBE taste wonderful. I refuse to get another pen. I think they realize they are selling a product that gives the consumer more for their money and they're trying to come up with a way to minimize that. I am not saying the recall was fake. It was real. I was one of those people who also had a defective pen. I wasn't one of the ones who reported it .i simply bought another one. Seriously - they need to hurry up before they lose everyone to other brands because ciro and solo are terrible substitutes.”
“I’ve tried many kinds and this is by far my favorite. I know the company did a voluntary recall but I have three of them and they work perfectly. Now that you can’t buy the refill cartridges I simply refill my used ones it’s extremely easy. Hopefully the company will have them back out soon.”
