“Just received my first one and I've been using it all day. Pleasantly surprised! #1 problem with almost any device - juice in mouth. So far, not an issue with the Rock pen. #2 problem - unpleasant hit (any number of reasons). The Rock has a nice, cool, predictable full hit. Very nice indeed. The Rock pen is lightweight & comfortable. Not too bulky. The only issue I have is the ridiculous engineering oversight of not making the fill spout big enough to accommodate the tip of most e-liquid bottles. I can hardly believe it! Fortunately, pressing the tip of your fav liquid bottle to the surface of the fill spout does the job fine if done patiently. I plan to buy another. The price is certainly attractive for what you get.”

“When my my juice pod is done before I throw it away I save the little white cap. I have a bunch of spares in case I loose one.”

“Seems good, and am satisfied; I hope it continues to keep and hold its charge.. HOWEVER, when it comes to refilling, I suggest doing it over a tabletop preferably over a dark smooth cloth because the opaque white plastic refilling cap is tiny, hard to grasp and hold onto, and has a tendency to pop out of one's fingers when taking it out or attempting to reinsert. Unless your fingers are tiny, try grasping it with your fingernails. If dropped, it's prone to disappearing because of its size and color, especially if it falls to a carpeted floor, in which case, be prepared to search for same on your hands and knees with a flashlight. It's an annoying design flaw.”

“The product came defective. Battery was charged but vape pen doesn’t work. The light isn’t on when the button is pressed. Not sure what to do know.”
