“The Phix pods we have purchased many times are horrible. I don’t know what they did with the recent design change to the pods, but it is a big failure. We love the original tobacco flavor, but over 30 of them have stopped working after a few draws on them. We have thoroughly cleaned our batteries, but the pods still won’t work, so we have this big stack of pods that we wasted our money on. We hate to have to change, but it looks like we have no choice.”

“I don’t believe this is the companies fault but when I order Phix pods, some of the pods in the 4 pack do not work. To me they are a little expensive and it’s a shame not all the pods will work. I’ve been buying this product for over a year.”

“The original pod was great. These new design ones are horrible, burnt taste, liquid gets dark after a day. They should switch back. I gave up cigarettes a year ago with Phix, so I’m still better off.”

“I have to agree with most of the comments about the redesign of the Original Pods, this is a totally different product. It IS weaker, the pods DO fail at a high rate. I'm using a JUUL and a BO but neither is as good as the Original Phix... Horrible marketing choice, and an incredibly inept roll out...”

“Taste bad! I mean very bad. I hope you guys go back to the old coils , it taste better and never taste burnt. I’m sorry but the new looking and tasting coils is a bad idea.”

“Is anyone from the company going to respond to the reviews about the bad taste and bad fitting pods? I have a total of 5 PHIX. Four of them are a year old. I bought 2 new pods packs and none of them worked, so I bought a new PHIX, hoping all of my new pods would work. Guess what? The pods dont work in any of them. Only good part, I got to enjoy the original tobacco flavor, since it comes with a new PHIX.”
