“I love the flavor. But the pods quality is not good because of half way thru the use the I start getting the burnt taste and some time it stops working. Same problem with other flavor pods too. Very frustrating!”
“Spearmint is the only flavor I buy. I’m sure the others are good but this is the one for me! My only complaint is that I have received 2 defective pods (won’t pull at all) since switching to Phix. Not sure if that is a manufacturing defect or caused through shipping. Either way, when it was just one, I wrote it off. Now i’m beginning to wonder if they can be returned and replaced by ET. Also, be sure to prepare and order pods in advance as you don’t want to run out and shipping can take 4-5 days.”
