“The Cue is the most powerful all in one pod vape system that I have ever tried. This is a sub-ohm device, so it produces huge thick milky clouds of vapor. This has all the power and flavor of a more complicated mod, but with all the convenience and ease of use of s simple E-Cig, so it's the best of both worlds. The battery life is excellent and it charges quickly. It's important to note that this is a direct lung hit vape, so it's best to try using lower nicotine levels. If you use the 6mg nicotine maximum, you will get a very harsh throat hit, so I recommend using the 3mg nicotine option instead for a smoother and more enjoyable vaping experience.
It's not perfect, though. I'm not a huge fan of the looks of the device. It looks like an old fashioned flip phone. It's also very loud and obnoxious. The button clicks loudly, the cartridge pops and crackles loudly, and the airflow makes a loud hissing noise, so this is not discreet at all. I've found that I can reduce the hissing noise by covering one of the air holes with my thumb, and this also allows for a thicker hit with less airiness. It's also lacking a variable voltage option.
It also needs a better flavor selection. The tobacco-based flavors taste terrible; like burnt chemicals and tar. The dessert flavors all taste very similar, so there's not much diversity in the flavor profile. There is also no pure menthol and/or mint flavor. The Menthol Tobacco flavor is disappointing because only the menthol part tastes good, while the tobacco taste is unbearable. The Creamy Mint flavor is enjoyable, but the creamy part overpowers the mint part, so it lacks the cooling sensation I would normally get from a pure menthol flavor.
Lastly, this is a closed pod system, meaning it cannot be refilled, and with each cartridge costing $7 for only 5ml, it can get pretty expensive to keep using this device because the cartridges only last about a day. Ironically the coils in each cartridge can actually far outlive the amount of juice in the cartridge. If this was an open pod system that could be refilled, I could keep using the same cartridge for a couple weeks until the coils burn out. There are ways to modify the cartridges to make them refillable, but you need to be pretty handy to figure that out and I don't recommend it if you're inexperienced.
Overall, the Cue Vapor System is an enjoyable vape for both beginners and advanced cloud-chasers, and I highly recommend it if you're an intermediate vaper and you're ready to make the leap to a more powerful sub-ohm system.”
