“I paid $31.19 twice to Cue and they said card was declined. I had to get a new card because of a fraud charge, but my bank paid Cue and I never got my two orders. Nov. 28th and Jan. 4th it went thru my bank. I have written and tried to call so many times. Someone please help me. I a 76 yrs old.”
“I agree with the need for a design feature to protect from damaged when dropped. It's shiny finish is very slippery and so easy to fall from your hands. Possibly some sort of decorative strip down the middle of front and back could make for a better grip. There is only a tiny piece of hard plastic holding the cartridge in place after it is snapped in and when that part breaks it no longer receives power to vape. It is however the easiest sub ohm as there are no coils to change, etc. The Tobacco flavor are the best I've tried.l”
“Cue vapor kit is a good value for the money. Battery generally has a long life before recharging. However I have received a few that after a short time only held the charge for an hour or so. Cue vapor customer service did replace the device. I would like to see them change the design to have more of a shock resistant outer case. The device does not handle the shock of dropping it. I would also like to see the option of flavor choice in the kit. The only option is tobacco flavor and that is not what I use.”
