“My wife set up a subscription for me, things were fine for a time then one of my orders was late. I ignored it thinking it was no big deal. Then one of the cartridges I got in my order (menthol) was already opened and leaking. I figured it was an oversight and ignored it. The Menthol cartridges often have small defects like burs from the molding processes nothing a file couldn't fix. Then one day we got an email basically saying that they could no longer ship menthol and asking if I would like to choose another flavor. I did and all was well for a while. Then the shipments stopped coming all together, turns out my wife had changed credit card numbers and forgot to update. As soon as we realized our mistake we updated the card and waited. July came and went with my wife trying to get a hold of them, No response. So we looked online turns out we aren't the only ones who they just took money and ran from. Shoddy Real shoddy now we don't even know how to cancel and get our money back. Don't trust them, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Get yourself a Jul or something.”
