“REALLY SCARY PRODUCT PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! Loved the design and ease of use, but within the first few days of having it, when I put in a pod it got stuck, and continually smoked, as if I was pressing the button to vape. The device wouldn’t turn off because it was literally stuck vaping even though I hadn’t pressed the button before it turned on!!!
It got SO hot that when I tried to remove the pod I burned my fingers pretty badly. I emptied the smouldering juice into my sink (thank god this didn’t happen while I was driving and I was in my own bathroom). I used a cloth to pop the pod out. By this point there was smoke all over my bathroom, it reaked of plastic fumes and the inside of the cue was warped and burnt along the plastic. Scariest experience with a vape I’ve had by far. I have no idea what to do with the dozen or so flavor pods I have left... but I am too frightened to get another cue after this experience!!!”
