“I wrote you yesterday about my last order being defective - all of it. 16 apple 6 mg. pods none work. I have been trying to get your attention for at least 2 weeks and you do not answer. First you said you would replace 2 leaking pods. Then I wrote that the l4 pods left DO NOT WORK!!! I have said that I am going to refute the $99.90 charge on my visa if you did not answer my last email and you did not so today I am calling visa to do just that. So you will be out the $99.90 and not me anymore. Your company is a disgrace sending faulty pods and not standing behind your product. I am disgusted and will never again order from electronic tobacconist again. You lost a good customer. M. Timmons”
