“Trouble reaching help desk and or reaching contact. I ordered 6 Air Cartridges, charged full price on six pieces. I feel it should be 4 on sale and 2 at $3.95 each. Also there was no place for me to enter code for -15% on Suorin Air starter kit. I've always been very pleased with my pricing being correct. Please recheck, I'm thinking including taxes. Please check math Appears to be $4.50+ to much taxes. If I'm wrong or right I'll be happy to amend my review. It's difficult to contact and the help seems to only work if the wordings match exactly. “Variety of colors to choose from. Got the red and silver, and the colors don't disappoint. The devices are working great, and helps me cut down on cigarettes. Haven't smoked a pack for over a month, and the air helps me cut down with my consistent nicotine habit. I would have to go out to smoke a full cigarette, and already that's about 10 minutes if I take my time. I can just take a couple of hits from the air, and my cravings subside for a good half hour or so. Great kit and helps a true smoker cut down on his habit.”
