“I adore this product! it gives so much more vapor than other products I have used. There are a couple issues though...the first 2 I received were defective but ET resolved the issue wonderfully! Since then, I'm good to go but at times I will get the flashing blue light for what appears no reason. I generally just drag again and it's all good. Just annoying.”

“I have started more and more to love my Air. I first joined the vaping world with a Juul but wanted better flavor options and this device fits the bill. I will say I’ve found non-mentholated flavors to be more susceptible to a burning taste if I hit too hard or too frequently, and I’m not sure if that’s related to the menthol or not, but I’ve found some flavors that work for my preferences and I use my Air far more than my Juul. The ability to choose and mix flavors is a real draw for me.”
