I use a q tip and clean around the prongs inside the device. I also twist the corner of a napkin to clean inside the cartridge to prevent to juice getting in your mouth. Both devices failed from a stuck/smashed down firing pin. Both lasted about 2 months. Customer service is awful with Suorin. I will be switching to the Smok Nord.”
“This device is bad... really bad. It worked and hit out of the box fine for about 1 month. Then I started having issues where the motor kept firing after I was done inhaling and would not stop unless I pulled the pod out. I remedied it by leaving the pod slightly ajar and that fixed it for another 2 months. Then suddenly it would just intermittently fire not giving any sort of consistency and after that day it would no longer hit.”
