“The pods are great! They last a really long time (equivalent to at least 2 packs of cigarettes). They definitely last much longer than the same amount of vape juice in a conventional vape.
Truly a great product!”
“On my first vape, I was sure that these would be my new favorite flavor. On taste alone, best fruit flavor they have, maybe best flavor period. new pod design is great, no leaks, fits snug in the battery, and has a great draw. One glaring issue however. Every single pod I had started to get an awful burnt taste about halfway through, some lasted longer, one started tasting burnt after only a few hits. It’s honestly very unfortunate, as literally everything else about this new flavor and pod design is perfect. I would say I got maybe one pods worth of hits between them all before each of them had distinctly overpowering burnt flavor. I don’t know if it’s a new coil design or something, but solve this one problem and these pods would go from a 2/5 to an easy 5/5. Amazing flavor ruined by faulty pod design.”
“Solid flavor. Decent price. Can't really ask for much more but Phix definitely delivered.
Straight out of the foil-backed packaging reminiscent of Trident gum, my pods came with silicon stoppers. One placed on the upper opening where your lips make contact and another on the on the bottom end where the pod makes contact with the battery. For anyone that has used the older pods, you probably understand the disappointment I feel when I receive a oily pod, leaking from within a sealed package. This time around my pods we're full, clean and dry thanks to these lil stoppers.
Compared to the old cartridges, the new mouthpiece on these blue raspberry pods have a subtly rounded and tapered tip. I find that it lends to a better feel when the pod is placed between pursed lips. This new shape is definitely a plus in ergonomics.
They didn't stop there because the new pods also include two cutout window on both sides of the mouthpiece as well. The windows' benefit are two-fold: I can check how much juice is still left in my pod without having to fully remove the unit and I can do my own QC by examining the volume of the fluid straight out of packaging. You will inevitably still have to pull the entire pod out once the fluid passes the window, but this is addition helps in the initial days of your vaping experience. --- My only critique would be to make the cutout windows on the adjacent sides of the mouthpiece so that it can be easily viewed. The issue now is that the window opens up to display a black background of the inside of the mouthpiece, which does not allow sufficient light to pass through for easy viewing. If both windows were made back-to-back, more light would be able to shine through making the juice much more viewable.
I would say the pull on these new pods is not drastically different from the older pods. Still the same small bore so I get the same resistance with each pull for a strong and concentrated pins & needless throat hit. No complaints here.
Lastly, the pod itself is a bit larger in width and length. You can slide the pod into the battery and feel the friction against the walls of the battery. Previously, the older pods would just click into place by means of a magnet. This new way is much more solid and the magnet only adds to the pods secure placement. --- The pod doesn't sit flush with the battery unless you mindfully press the whole unit into the battery. However, when the entire Phix is in my pocket, the battery unit can be nudged upward a bit, causing the pod to sightly protrude from the battery. It leaves a small gap about a millimeter in size between the mouthpiece and battery. TO BE CLEAR, none of what I have just mentioned affects performance of the pods itself. Just something I've noticed with the overall aesthetics of the pod once mounted on the battery.
TL;DR --- No leaky pods, slimmed down so feels good, new windows installed next to a brick wall, pods still pull the same, and pods got a lil swole so it fits the battery a bit tighter.
Do yourself a favor and buy these while they're still available. This is definitely on the top on my list of Phix pods.

“I recently bought these and lost my phix. I ended up buying a brand new one and throwing one of these pods in it. The taste is awful. I have not had a hit that hasn’t tasted burnt. I would never buy these again”
“I was really excited to try out these new pod flavors! Now I wouldn’t say they’re bad, but definitely not a favorite. The initial flavor is good but then sort of leaves your mouth and throat with a stinging feeling because of he flavor. If I were given these for free I’d use them, but I don’t think I’d purchase them again.”
