“Hi, im a new customer, I've only ordered twice. First time I ordered a had a problem and you guys were very great on helping resolve the issue. But this time around it was pretty bad. I bought a new juice two sets of coils which burnt out and leaked badly. Not just one but all. The taste was burnt immediately. I had only had them a short time and im not sure if it was the juice or the coils that ruined everything but it sucks because i bought all this stuff only to find nothing...and i mean NOTHING worked. Is there anything you can do about that? Because i literally did not get to enjoy my pen the least bit.”
