“I rated the vuse alto poor because i have only had it 5 days and i have a pod that wont produce vapor. It lights up (green light) and is fully charged, not dirty on the electric contacts and everything is functioning properly with the pen itself. I even put the empty, last cartridge back in and it worked fine but the 4th new one i put in doesn't work. It wouldn't be such a big deal but they are $7 a piece and i just went to the only 3 stores close to me and nobody carried them. They had juul and the vuse solo i think its called, that looks like a cigarette, round instead of the oval alto. So i either had to drive a half hour at 9:30pm to get another one or buy a completely different pen and cartridges to get me through till tomorrow. So $23 later i got the vuse solo and 2 menthol cartridges. Well the solo tastes horrible and is a waste. I only bought the alto because i quit smoking 13 days ago after 22 years of it and just wanted something with nicotine to get me through the first 2 weeks. I ended up with a bunch of junk vape pens and out, like $70. They did offer a refund for the affected pod but still, its the 4th one i have used and already a problem. Im done, i dont need to make this my substitute for smoking so i will just donate the vape pens to someone i know and move on.”

“Bought a two packs of Altos, one original and one menthol. One of each of the flavors burned fresh out of the pack. Disappointed. Don’t waste your money!”
“Would be great if you were able to get thru an entire pod without having to throw half of it away. Seems like the juice gets cooked a little bit more every time you take a draw and by about half way it tastes like a burnt cat turd. The r&d team should be fired. The vibe was the best on the market. Its a shame the alto pods have such a bad design flaw.”
“Not bad, but $5 more than the Vibe was (per 2 tanks) and Much More ($10) for the battery unit. I was willing to like this as a replacement to the 7 Vibes I owned, but the Original tobacco flavor tastes like peachy, cheap cigorellos. You couldn't use the same formula for the flavor?!!! Seriously, if you're expecting this to taste like the Vibe originals, you'll be sadly mistaken. BRING BACK THE VIBE!!”
“Vuse Alto is fantastic! By far they're best vape yet. Nice, smooth, strong and clean hit. The feel of the device in your had and your mouth are nice. It's sturdy and substantial without being bulky. My only complaint is they don't have a nectar pod for this yet, Dang it!”
“Compared to JUUL and MyBlu, this is by far the smoothest and easiest draw of the 3. I'm EXTREMELY pleased with the Alto. Looking forward to more flavors being released as currently only Original (tastes like a Swisher Sweet - VERY strong flavor), Menthol (My favorite), Berry (My wife's favorite), and Rich Tobacco (My second favorite). Despite complaints about the VIBE being the best product, I find the VIBE to be the inferior product in this case and I'm quite enjoying the ALTO's clean, refreshing draws.”
